1. Shipping Policy

AuNi Bùi Shipping Policy

At AuNi Bùi, we offer two distinct types of products, each with its own delivery process:

Digital Design Kits: Digital products (design kits, PDFs, and related files) are delivered instantly via email and/or a secure download link after your purchase is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@sandbeacharchi.com.

Physical Home & Furniture Products: Physical items are sourced and fulfilled through our trusted international supply network. Because these products ship from overseas fulfillment centers, please review the timelines below carefully.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within [3–15] business days of purchase confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time (see below).

Estimated Transit Time (after processing) Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

International Orders & Customs: For orders shipped outside [Vietnam/your base country], the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Domestic Vietnam Orders (Internationally Sourced Products): Some of our physical products ship directly from our overseas supplier network (e.g., China) even for orders delivered within Vietnam. While the vast majority of shipments clear customs without additional charges (inspection rate under 5%), if your package is selected for customs inspection, you may be required to pay applicable import duties or taxes directly to the delivery carrier before receiving your package. These charges, if any, are not included in your order total.

Customs Duty Refund Guarantee: If you are charged any customs duty or import tax on your order, we will fully reimburse this amount to you — no cap. Simply send us a clear photo of the payment receipt along with your order number to support@sandbeacharchi.com within 14 days of payment, and we will process a full refund of the verified duty amount to your original payment method.

Order Tracking: Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AuNi Bùi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@sandbeacharchi.com with your order number so we can investigate with our shipping partner.
