2. Refund & Return Policy

AuNi Bùi Refund & Return Policy


We want you to feel confident purchasing from AuNi Bùi. Because we offer both digital and physical products, our refund terms differ by product type.


Digital Design Kits: Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products except in the following cases:


  • You received a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file

  • A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase


If either applies, contact us at support@sandbeacharchi.com within [7] days of purchase with your order number, and we will resend the correct file or issue a refund at our discretion.


Physical Home & Furniture Products: Given the international sourcing of our physical products, please review the following terms:


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@sandbeacharchi.com within [7] days of delivery with:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue


We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund once the issue is verified. In most cases, you will not be asked to return the physical item, as return shipping for internationally sourced products is often impractical; this will be assessed case by case.


Change of Mind: Because our physical products are made-to-order or shipped individually from our supplier network, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer's remorse, unless the specific product listing states otherwise.


Non-Returnable Items: Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defect.


Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be canceled.
